Anubis’ job skills are all high-level stats and it’s an effective Pal to have alongside you in the face of danger. So, here’s how to breed Anubis in Palworld.

How to breed an Anubis Egg in Palworld

The best two Pals to breed an Anubis Egg in Palworld will be Penking and Bushi. You will need the Breeding Farm, Cake, and an Egg Incubator.

How to make Cake in Palworld

Cake is essential for breeding Anubis in Palworld and other Pals in the Paldeck. Here is the recipe for Cake:

• Flour – x5
• Red Berries – x8
• Milk – x7
• Eggs – x8
• Honey – x2

Tip: The more Cakes, the more Eggs.

We recommend having more than one cake just in case your newborn Anubis comes with bad stats. Since the two pals in the Breeding Farm will keep producing as long as there are Cakes, add as many as you can to the Breeding Farm Chest.

Author’s Note

By level 21, I was able to farm Bushi and Penking to breed as many Anubis Pals as I needed. It truly is the fastest and easiest way to get Anubis.

The gender of each Pal doesn’t affect the outcome of the offspring, as long as you’re using one male and one female, so if you find a Pal that’ll help make an Anubis, be sure to nab it and add it to your collection.

Tip:

To get the two Pals to create an Anubis egg, you have to manually pick each one up with the Lift button and throw them into the Breeding Farm. They will then walk around and the egg will start to be created.

How to create a Breeding Farm

You can unlock the Breeding Farm Blueprint from your Technology Tree once you hit level 19. Once you’ve done that, you need:

• Wood — x100
• Stone — x20
• Fiber — x50

Now you can craft a Breeding Farm, use one of the combinations above to put into the farm, give them Cake, and wait for an egg.

How to Incubate an egg

After getting the egg, put it in an Incubator to hatch. How long it takes depends on your Palworld server settings. It can be super quick or up to 72 hours on Hard. If you choose custom settings, it might even take up to 240 hours if you tweaked the time to incubate Massive Eggs. Regardless of the Incubation time, you will probably spend fewer resources to breed an Anubis than you would to catch it in the wild, so this is a great alternative.

The Anubis you hatch starts at level one, so you have to level it up. The quickest way to do this is to keep it in your Party.

Anubis is great for an Ore Farm because it’s incredible at Mining (level three) and good at Transporting (level two), handling both getting Ore and taking it to storage. Or, put it in a base that needs lots of Handiwork. Anubis is one of the few Pals with top-level Handiwork (level four). In fact, it’s the best you can find right now.

Best Passive Skills for Anubis in Palworld

Some players are looking to obtain the strongest Pals imaginable. If this is you, you’ll want to breed an Anubis with the best possible Passive Skills.

Artisan, Ferocous, and Earth Emperor are the best passive skills for an all-around Anubis build. If you want to focus on specific stats like Work Speed, you can add the Work Slave skill to this list or attempt to allow your Anubis to inherit other Work Speed skills from its parents. Passive Skills like Legend or Lucky are other amazing Passive Skills to be inherited by parent Pals.
