The Befouler’s Syringe is a Polearm weapon in WoW The War Within, and many melee classes can use it.Â
This Polearm is an Epic two-handed weapon mostly found in the Adventurer, Veteran, and Champion Item range, and since it doesn’t have a main stat, it’s excellent for most melee classes. Here’s our full guide on how to get Befouler’s Syringe in The War Within.
How to get the Befouler’s Syringe in WoW The War Within
Unlike other weapons and items you can get from Nerub-ar Palace Raid, Mythic+ Dungeons, or even your PvP vendor, Befouler’s Syringe requires much more patience. While there are multiple ways to obtain this Polearm weapon, the tricky part is deciding the location to farm it. Here are the following methods you can use to farm Befouler’s Syringe:
- Bountiful Delves
- Khaz Algar Dungeons
- The Great Vault
- Zekvir boss
The tricky part about Befouler’s Syringe is that it’s an RNG weapon, meaning it doesn’t have a guaranteed drop. However, if you’re eager to farm it, doing Bountiful Delves daily is your best bet. Any Delve will suffice as long as it is Bountiful, and the higher the Tier difficulty you choose, the higher the item level will be.
Another reason why you should do Bountiful Delves is because you have a chance to meet the Zekvir boss who randomly spawns. If he randomly spawns while you’re doing any Bountiful Delve, you have a chance to obtain the Befouler’s Syringe by killing Zekvir. It’s basically killing two birds with one stone, making this method very efficient.
Killing Elite mobs in Khaz Algar Dungeons can also drop you the Befouler’s Syringe. According to players on Wowhead, the best dungeon to do is the Ara-Kara, City of Echoes in the Azj-Kahet zone, at coordinates 49.4, 80.8.
Additionally, you also have a chance to get this weapon from The Great Vault every week, and depending on your weekly activities, there’s a possibility you will get Befouler’s Syringe even as a Hero item.Â
How to use the Befouler’s Syringe in WoW The War Within
Although Befouler’s Syringe comes in different item levels ranging from Adventurer to Hero, you can only use it if you’re level 80. This means that you must reach the maximum level first, and one of the best ways to do it is by completing the Khaz Algar level-up campaign story.
Once you fulfill those requirements and finally get your hands on this weapon, just equip it and use it. Not every class can use this Polearm, so here are the following classes with specs that can equip it:
- Blood Death Knight
- Guardian Druid
- Restoration Druid
- Brewmaster Monk
- Mistweaver Monk
- Protection Paladin
- Holy Paladin
- Disciple Priest
- Holy Priest
- Vengeance Demon Hunter
- Preservation Evoker
- Protection Warrior
- Restoration Shaman
Even though Befouler’s Syringe doesn’t have a main stat, it can still be decent on a Druid or Shaman because it offers a bit of Nature damage when you equip it.
