The process for obtaining different types of items varies, and since this one can be used for multiple activities, knowing how to obtain it is extra tricky. Here’s how to get Bamboo in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Unlike most crops, Bamboo cannot be planted and grown, which means you can only find it within the Wild Tangle biome. It pops up randomly around the area over time. It’s a wild crop, which means there’s no way to control when or where it surfaces.

This crop grows as a decently tall green shoot sticking up out of a dirt mound in the ground. The grass around the Wild Tangle is fairly tall, so make sure you scan the area carefully when searching for this plant.

Once you find Bamboo, you can walk right up to it and interact with it to grab some. You don’t need to use any of your Royal Tools to harvest it, so it’s fairly easy to farm once you track it down.

Bamboo is A Rift in Time exclusive vegetable that can only be found in the Wild Tangle biome. This includes all of the smaller areas within the biome, which are The Lagoon, The Grasslands, The Promenade, and The Grove.

Since you can’t plant it yourself, the best way to obtain more Bamboo is by picking all of the available plants around the Wild Tangle biome. Whenever a Bamboo plant is picked, another will eventually spawn after some time has passed.

You can ensure you obtain extra Bamboo when harvesting this crop if you bring a foraging companion along while you pick it. All foraging companions have a chance to find extra each time you pick a foraging item, so it’s always worth asking a friend to hang out before you venture out to gather Bamboo.

Bamboo is an important item to have for general tasks like cooking and crafting, but it’s also an essential resource for certain quests like The Housewarming and Use Your Imagination: Rapunzel. If you want to unlock Jafar and complete all of the main story quests on Eternity Isle, you need quite a lot of this resource.
