After covering the Valley in neon pink paw prints, the Cheshire Cat has turned his attention to Agrabah, the Aladdin Realm in Disney Dreamlight Valley. If you’re looking to complete every Cheshire Cat Chaos Duty, you need to tackle More Than a Mirage to wrap up the event.
To help you finish the More Than a Mirage Duty in DDV, we’ve listed all the unlock requirements and how to find Cheshire’s prints quickly in the Aladdin Realm.
More Than a Mirage quest guide
More Than a Mirage is a limited-time DDV Duty that started on May 15 and will wrap up on May 20, meaning you don’t have long to finish it. To complete this Duty, you need to find and water 20 Cheshire paw prints in the Aladdin Realm.
To see the paw prints, you’ll need to complete the unlock process for both Aladdin and Jasmine, welcoming them both as residents of the Valley after building them a home. They won’t appear in the Realm unless you’ve finished the final quest on this list.

Unlocking the Aladdin Realm—which can be found on the top floor of the Castle, indicated by a golden lamp on the door—will cost you 15,000 Dreamlight. Make sure to burn through your daily Dreamlight Duties and engage with your Villagers to farm this resource.
When you’ve unlocked the Realm and watched the opening cutscene, you’ll need to finish the following quests to add both characters to your settlement:
- The Ancient Revealed takes you across the market rooftops and rewards you with an upgraded Royal Pickaxe to help smash through sandstone
- Brave the Storm, focusing on repairing the market stalls that have been damaged by the Windcaller
- Monkey Business, tasking you with finding three Golden Bananas in the Realm
- Breaking Through, walking you through the process of making a magical lamp to contain the Windcaller and an Alchemy Table
- Wish Magic, reliving Aladdin’s wishes, finding Wish Fragments, and Genie Sparkles
- Carpet Diem, facing off against the Windcaller
After you’ve finished Carpet Diem, you can build Aladdin and Jasmine’s home for 20,000 Star Coins and welcome them individually to the Valley. You’ll also get Carpet as a companion pet and wrap up the storyline by taking a selfie together.
Once these tasks are checked off the list, the Cheshire Cat’s paw prints will begin spawning in the Aladdin Realm. Head in and look for bright pink paw prints on the floor—there will only ever be up to five at a time, spawning every ten to fifteen minutes in random locations.

When you find paw prints, use your Royal Watering Can to clear them away. This is exactly the same process as Cleaning Your Room and Jungle Bungles.
When you’ve done this 20 times, More Than a Mirage will be completed automatically in your events tab, and you’ll get the Rabbit Grandfather Clock as a reward.
