Wildheart Hunger are Ancestral Unique Boots simply perfect for Druids in Diablo 4. With all the improved affixes and a strong new effect (thanks to Diablo‘s Patch 1.5.0 update), these boots are ones you’ll definitely want to find.
Here’s how to get your hands on these sweet Druid kicks in Diablo 4.
How to get Wildheart Hunger in Diablo 4
There’s a few ways to get Wildheart Hunger: Simply enjoy World Tier Four world content like defeating Elites, participate in Events, defeati World Boss, run Nightmare Dungeons, and open Boot Whisper Caches. On top of these usual places, Wildheart Hunger is one of the items endgame boss Lord Zir also drops.
Run content for Wildheart Hunger drops
Ancestral gear drops in World Tier Four, so you have a random chance of getting these boots simply by enjoying the game. Play Helltides, open gear chests, kill elites, bosses, and World Bosses, and farm Nightmare Dungeons.
The biggest downside here is it’s all random, which means you aren’t guaranteed to get the boots while playing, even if you’re in Diablo 4 World Tier Four.
Lord Zir is perfect for Wildheart Hunger farming
Lord Zir is the only endgame boss who drops this item. If you target farm this boss—meaning you keep summoning and defeating him—you’ll eventually get the boots.
This is the best for farming the item, but the cost can be quite steep; summoning Lord Zir at the Ancient’s Seat dungeon costs nine Exquisite Blood. Defeating him isn’t easy either, but with this being the best way to get the boots (as well as all the other unique items Lord Zir drops) I’d recommend jumping into this battle whenever you can.
Wildheart Hunger stats after Patch 1.5.0
After Diablo 4 Patch 1.5.0, which brought changes to Eternal Realm and was the start of season five, Wildheart Hunger received all new affixes and improvements to its effect. The stats for Wildheart Hunger now include:
- Attacks reduce your evade’s cooldown by 1.5 seconds.
- Increased movement speed.
- Increased shapeshifting attack speed.
- Increased cold resistance.
- Additional points to your Heightened Senses (Druids only).
- When you shapeshift into a Werebear or a Werewolf, gain Wildheart for five seconds. This grants you stacking damage every two seconds, up to a max of 60 percent (Druids only).
If you’re a Druid, these Wildheart Hunger boots are crucial, particularly if you use Heightened Senses and are running a Werebear or Werewolf-focused build.
