How to unlock and build a Kart Racer in LEGO Fortnite

The world of LEGO Fortnite continues to expand, and if you were tired of the same-old vehicles, there are now new options. One is the Kart Racer, which we’ll tell you how to build.

Vehicles in LEGO Fortnite make long journeys around the map more bearable, especially when hunting for new Bus Stations for fast travel. They don’t come easy, however, and there’s some groundwork to do.

If you’re looking to pimp your ride and add a Kart Racer to your garage, we’ve got the steps to follow.

How to unlock the Kart Racer in LEGO Fortnite

The Kart Racer recipe is immediately available in LEGO Fortnite. Instead, there are a few materials you need to gather before the recipe will show in your builds menu. If you haven’t collected the following, focus on adding these to your inventory to unlock the recipe:

• Power Cell
• Frostpine
• Flexwood

Power Cells are relatively easy to get your hands on, once you build a Compost Bin, but Frostpine and Flexwood take a fair amount of grinding to collect.

How to build a Kart Racer in LEGO Fortnite

Obtaining a Power Cell to unlock the Kart Racer recipe and power the Kart Racer is the hard part. Once that’s done, it’s just a case of following these steps:

1. Open the build menu.
2. Scroll to the Architectures tab and toggle to the vehicles menu.
3. Select the Kart Racer.

To complete each step of the build, you need the required materials. These aren’t consumed all at once, but to make things easier, we’ve listed all the materials you need below.

• 12x Wooden Rod
• 24x Granite
• 11x Wood
• 8x Cord
• 8x Frostpine
• 4x Flexwood
• 4x Plank
• 2x Flexwood Rod
