Can you destroy a Bus Station in LEGO Fortnite?

Why won't you break?

Destroying Bus Stations in LEGO Fortnite can be difficult; no matter what you do, they don’t seem to break.

You should be able to disassemble any Bus Stations you come across using certain tools to get Rift Crystals, a new item added in the v.30.40 patch. Rift Crystals let you to create your own Bus Stations when they’re destroyed. So, what on earth is going on? Why aren’t the Bus Stations crumbling?

Currently, Bus Stations are bugged in LEGO Fortnite. No matter what you do, you can’t break them.

Every Bus Station we come across is indestructible. We have tried every weapon and tool available in-game, and nothing seems to work.

In Creative Mode, when we crafted our Bus Station without needing to find Rift Crystals, we found out you can only break a Station with an Epic Pickaxe. You can then use the Rift Shards it drops to create another Bus Station anywhere on the map—as long as you have the necessary resources.

The full crafting recipe is as follows:

  • 4x Iron Bars
  • 2x Malachite Slab
  • 6x Frostpine
  • 3x Rift Shard

Hopefully for players, Epic fixes this bug soon. Otherwise, the only Bus Station you can go to is the one at your Spawn and the Star Wars-themed Island, which defeats the whole purpose of fast travel.
