Later this afternoon, Ninja will be live from Times Square playing Fortnite, hosting special guests, and doing other activities for New Year’s Eve. The stream begins at 4pm ET and will last for approximately 12 hours.

Ninja’s sponsor, Red Bull, is backing the stream which will overlook the ball drop and the other festivities taking place throughout the evening. The stream was first announced at TwitchCon earlier this year in October.

Over the weekend, Ninja’s New Years Eve stream received backlash from other Twitch streamers after an ad ran for it on different streamers channels. Twitch has since corrected the issue.
