Overwatch developer Blizzard is getting creative with the way it injects lore into the game’s universe after publishing a short story that explores Ana and Soldier: 76’s relationship this week. Following Bastet, Blizzard kicked off a mini-event called Ana’s Bastet Challenge, which tasks players with, simply, winning Overwatch matches. The reward? Ana’s Bastet skin from the short story.

The skin has a lot of what already draws Overwatch players to skins. First, it’s for a fan-favorite hero, Ana. Second, cats. The Bastet skin puts Ana in a feline mask inspired by an Egyptian goddess known to protect. Also, she has cat ears.

Fans have already begun drawing fan art based on the skin, and all of it is fantastic. Overwatch is known for its passionate and creative fanbase—and the Bastet fan art further illustrates that.

Ana’s Bastet Challenge began on Jan. 8 and runs until Jan. 21. Players will unlock a series of Ana cosmetics, one each at three, six, and nine wins, as long as they complete the challenge before it ends. Overwatch sprays, too, are up for grabs for players who tune into certain Twitch streams for the duration of the event.
