What is Cristiano Ronaldo’s EA FC 25 player rating?

Siuuuu!

Cristiano Ronaldo’s EA FC 25 rating is a huge talking point for millions of soccer fans. So we’re here to address the world superstar’s overall, see if his rating has dropped compared to last year’s title, and analyze whether the lethal forward remains an evergreen talent.

As someone who grew up in the era of Ronaldo and Messi and has had the privilege of watching these soccer gods tower above everyone else and help themselves to countless Ballon d’Ors, team trophies, and an endless supply of individual awards, it makes me (and everyone else) sad to see these two legends at the end of their careers.

Ronaldo has always prided himself on his natural ability to score goals and doesn’t seem to tire of the feeling. The 2024-2025 season could be one of the Portuguese hitman’s final ones in the professional game. So, let’s see if EA has rewarded his incredible recent form or if he’s facing significant downgrades in EA FC 25.

Cristiano Ronaldo EA FC 25 overall rating, explained

Cristiano Ronaldo has rightfully earned an 86 overall rating for EA FC 25—which is an incredible feat at the age of 39—and his base stats are actually higher than they were in EA FC 24!

In 2024, Ronaldo surpassed (an unreal) 900 career goals and wrapped up a second season for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, which saw him score a ridiculous 50 goals in 51 games across both league and cup.

In recognition of this, EA has kept Ronaldo’s 86 rating from EA FC 24, and most of his stats are the same. Remarkably, his passing base stat has increased by two to 77—with boosts to Vision, Crossing, Free Kick Accuracy, and Short Passing—and his Physicality has gone from 74 to 77.

Crucially, his Pace, Shooting, and Dribbling stats remain exactly as they were in last year’s iteration of EA FC. So, if you’re looking to build a strong Portuguese or Saudi Pro League team (or just want Ronaldo), he’s still as viable as ever to use in EA FC 25.

With Ronaldo seemingly intent on reaching 1,000 career goals, don’t rule out the iconic forward sticking around for another couple of seasons.
