How to find Jafar’s tools in the Cave of Wonders in Disney Dreamlight Valley

After you get Jafar back in the village in Disney Dreamlight Valley, he has quite a lot of work for you to help him with. One of the trickier tasks you’re entrusted with is finding Jafar’s tools in the Cave of Wonders.

The Cave of Wonders is one of the most complex locations you have to navigate around the valley and all of the tools you’re seeking are quite small, which makes this a pretty tough task. Here’s how to find Jafar’s tools in the Cave of Wonders in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Jafar’s tool locations in Disney Dreamlight Valley

There are three tools you need to find for Jafar, all of which are hidden deep inside the Cave of Wonders. The tools you need to recover from this location include two Photonic Levers and one Polished Mirror.

Each tool can be found in a completely different location within the cave, which makes tracking them down quite tricky. When you get decently close to them, all three tools start sparkling to help you distinguish them from the other rubble and debris scattered about.

Here’s a full breakdown of where each of Jafar’s tools is located and how to find them.

First Photonic Lever		Can be found to the right of the first staircase in the Cave of Wonders. From the entrance, head to the center of the first room and up both sets of stairs. Stop as soon as you reach the top and turn right to find the first Photonic Lever on the ground next to two piles of treasure.
Second Photonic Lever		Is located inside the right puzzle room. From where you found the first lever, proceed through the right archway, head down the stairs, and make your way into the center of the puzzle room. At the bottom of the stairs, turn around and look toward the wall to find the second Photonic Lever hidden in a small corner.
Polished Mirror		Can be picked up from the left puzzle room. From where you found the second Photonic Lever, head back to the center room and proceed through the archway that leads into the left puzzle room. Head right down the ramp then make a sharp left and follow the path until it ends. You can find the Polished Mirror sitting on the ground at the end of the path by some gold piles.

The three tools are in the main middle room on the upper floor, the right puzzle room, and the left puzzle room. If you end up lost at any point, just head back to the middle room at the top of the stairs to orient yourself and set out to find the next tool from there. Remember to also keep an eye out for the signature gold glittering sparkles each item has so you can easily distinguish them from the other items found around the cave.

After you find Jafar’s tools, you have to visit Eve’s house and grab some Power Cables before you can return them to him. These are much easier to collect and are all hidden in the same pile of rubble on your left as soon as you enter the building.

Once you have all the required items collected, find Jafar and chat with him to return them. You can then progress further in The Optics of a Second Chance quest so you can continue building your friendship with him. As you continue to develop your friendship with him, you’ll also need to know how to make Essence of Will.
