Slaying a Beebiter in World of Warcraft should be easy, but Blizzard decided to spice up quests like Beebiter Slain in The War Within to challenge players during the third chapter of The Ringing Deeps campaign storyline.
Completing campaign quests in WoW: The War Within (TWW) was fun until the third chapter of The Ringing Deeps storyline tasked me with killing a bee. Despite being level 74 on a quest that requires a minimum of level 73, I found myself dying often because of level 80 bees and wolves surrounding the tasks set before me by an NPC named Janky. Eventually, I stumbled my way into the correct cave and was able to slay the Beebiter. Here’s how.
How to find the Beebiter in WoW: The War Within
Finding a path to the Beebiter is the most difficult part of the Beebiter Slain TWW quest. Janky, the NPC assigning the mini-quests, is standing on a hill safely away from a host of level 80 enemies. Directly ahead is a cave that looks like where the intended target is hiding. But there are two caves, and the Beebiter is in the other one.
The Beebiter Slain quest is located on the Isle of Dorn at 72.07, 42.06.
Step to the left of Janky and line up between the two trees in front of you. Summon a mount and set your course between the trees. Stay low to the ground and follow the path that appears after clearing the trees by veering slightly to the left. Directly in front of you will be a small opening into a cave where the Beebiter is located. Fly into the cave and prepare for battle.
How to complete the Beebiter Slain quest in The War Within
Once in the cave with Beebiter, remain in it to defeat the enemy and any enemies spawned by it. Do not exit the cave to fight. Once the Beebiter has been eliminated, slowly walk to the entrance and summon your mount once able. Don’t wait around to get one-shot by a level 80 bee flying around and take flight immediately. Turn in the quest to Janky and be done with the pesky bees in The War Within.
