How to find Kah’teht for WoW The War Within Lore Hunter achievement

WoW The War Within adds a host of achievements for completionists to collect, but they aren’t all working as intended. Players are reportedly having trouble ticking off Kah’teht from the Khaz Algar Lore Hunter achievement checklist, so if you can’t find the NPC or are having trouble making progress on the achievement, keep reading.

Kah’teht location in WoW The War Within

In WoW The War Within, you can find Kah’Teht in northeastern Azj-Kahet, just south of the border to the Ringing Deeps. Kah’Teht is at coordinates 75.4, 33.3, clinging to the cliff face at the bottom of a waterfall. They’re just north of the giant hexagonal Nerubian structure in Rak-Ahat.

When you speak to Kah’Teht, they tell you some interesting lore snippets about Anub’Arak, Arthas’ Nerubian general from Warcraft 3 and Wrath of the Lich King. Speaking to Kah’Teht is supposed to grant progress toward the Khaz Algar Lore Hunter achievement, but this isn’t working as intended at the time of writing.

Is Kah’teht bugged in WoW The War Within?

Yes, Kah’teht and the Khaz Algar Lore Hunter achievement are bugged in WoW The War Within. According to Blizzard support, many players have reported that certain NPCs (like Kah’teht) aren’t correctly granting progress toward the Lore Hunter achievement.

So, for now, Blizzard has disabled the Khaz Algar Lore Hunter achievement entirely. It’s currently nowhere to be found in your achievement log, and there’s nothing we can do but wait for a fix.
