In Once Human, Stellar Planula is a scarce commodity that can help you earn a variety of consumables and Starchom to unlock higher-level gear.
After starting your journey in Once Human, you should have a modest stock of Stellar Planula in your inventory. As you progress, you’ll realize you need more Starchrom for your Wish Machine, and securing Stellar Planula is a good way to boost your stock to get powerful gear and weapons. Here’s everything you need to know about farming and using Stellar Planula in Once Human.Â
Best Stellar Planula farming methods in Once Human
There are three ways to farm Stellar Planula in Once Human:
- Completing World Tasks: These are small side quests that are easy to finish, and the higher-level missions drop more Stellar Planula. So, it’s worth spending time to complete each of them.Â
- Activating Rift Anchors: Rift Anchors are present at every small point of interest. You can turn them on to earn Stellar Planula resources. But if you try to activate a high-level Rift Anchor but haven’t progressed far enough in the story, you’ll be hit with a “no access to Rift Anchor” error. This requires you to return to the Rift Anchor after completing more of the game’s main quests.Â
- Opening Morphic Crates: Unlike other crates, Morphic crates are difficult to locate in Once Human. They’re hiding in plain sight in various regions of Nalcott. There are around 90 Morphic crates, and you can find them by observing the yellow flickering on your Cradle backpack. This signifies the presence of a Morphic Crate nearby. When you’re near one, press Q to reveal the Morphic Crate, then shoot it down to get its loot.Â
How to use Stellar Planula in Once Human
To use your Stellar Planula in Once Human, make your way to any settlement on your map by completing your story challenges. You unlock the Deadsville settlement at level two, and Meyer’s Market at level 15. Once unlocked, you can teleport there directly by using a small amount of Energy Links from your base or nearby teleporters.Â
After you enter the settlement, find the Severin VII NPC who’s always standing with his yellow-colored Humpy Deviant. You can interact with him to open his Stellar Planula shop, where he offers several high-quality weapon attachments, Starchrom crates, and controllers. While you can find weapon attachments in the wild by solving puzzles, you should definitely invest your Stellar Planula into Starchrom crates and controllers to get your hands on end-game loot.
