To find the Legendary Tactical Holographic Sight in Once Human, you will have to head to the far north of the map and reach the Blackheart region. After that, find the first road from the top of the map and park your vehicle at coordinates 6789, 1866. You can teleport to the nearest teleporter using Energy Links and reach the spot easily. 

After reaching the spot, you should spot four traffic cones arranged in a square shape. Go near the square and it should tell you to investigate the area by pressing F. After that, you’ll spot the billboards in front of you with cows on them. The two different billboards show the same picture of an advertisement belonging to Eastease Perfect Beef, but they’re broken and placed at a distance. Your goal is to line up these two broken billboards and make them into one billboard from your point of view. 

To solve the riddle, simply move your character toward the billboard while staying in the traffic cone square and change your camera angle to a downward angle to line the two billboards up. If you can’t solve the riddle, keep moving your character and make minute adjustments to your camera angle by moving your mouse. To get your Riddle Spot Loot crate, you have to line the two billboard pieces perfectly to form one billboard. 

Once you bring the two pieces together, they should combine into one and you’ll be rewarded by getting the Riddle Spot Loot crate. It contains 2,000 Energy Links, six Stellar Planula, one controller, and the Tactical Holographic Sight.
