Sage is one of the many resources you must go out of your way to find in Once Human. You’ll use it in various crafting resources when you bring it back to your base, but the real trick is finding a reliable location to farm it.
You can visit multiple locations to find Sage while playing Once Human, often on the side of the road or in grassland areas in the game’s early sections. You don’t want to seek it out too much in the desert biomes, even if you’re trying to track down Wolves you want to tame. We’ll share a few of our favorite locations to find Sage in Once Human, along with a reliable trick you can use to acquire a large amount of it for little effort.
Best Sage location in Once Human
You can find Sage primarily in Once Human‘s Broken Delta and Chalk Peak regions. You can only access the Chalk Peak area once you progress through the story, which might take some time as it is a level 30 region. You’ll probably make it to this point in the game well before you’re level 30, but this gives you an idea of how much investment you’ll need to reach it.
After you’ve done this, unlock the Tall Grass Inn settlement, and you should be able to find Sage alongside the road of this settlement. The road is a short distance from the Tall Grass Inn settlement in Once Human, and you can make your way along the roadside collecting as much as you can gather. I recommend going up and down this road at least twice to find Sage before returning to the Tall Grass Inn.
When you return to Tall Grass Inn, interact with the Teleportation Tower and choose to change to a different world. It should not matter what world you pick, so long as it’s not the same as the one you’re playing on in Once Human. After changing worlds, repeat the process, going up and down the roadside to collect the newly spawned Sage. You can do this with any resource you need to find in Once Human, but it’s much easier if you do it next to a Teleportation Tower.
You can repeat this process as often as possible until you have enough Sage for all your crafting projects. If you ever run out of it in Once Human, feel free to use this farming method until you have enough to continue crafting.
