How to use Management Clipboard in Schedule 1

The Management Clipboard has plenty of uses in Schedule 1.

Schedule 1 features a simple objective: to build your empire by making as much profit as possible from dealing drugs. A part of the game also involves you building a team to manage your empire and ensure smooth-running business operations.

Although you start by growing plants initially, you will eventually move on to making other drugs for higher profits. To maximise the profits you generate from your business, you need to ensure that everything operates without any trouble. For this, the Management Clipboard is a useful tool to help you stay on top of everything your employees do.

Here’s how to use the Management Clipboard in Schedule 1.

You get the Management Clipboard after you hire your first employee in Schedule 1 from the Warehouse. Here’s a step-by-step process to accessing and using the Management Clipboard in Schedule 1:

  • Press the respective hotkey on your keyboard marked with the clipboard option. It is set on the number nine key by default.
  • Once your clipboard menu is open, head over to the employee whose management tab you wish to access.
  • Look at the respective employee and press E to access their management clipboard.
  • You can also use the Management Clipboard to dictate destinations for different production or storage facilities such as Grow Tents, Storage Racks, Packaging Stations, and Lab Ovens.

What does the Management Clipboard do in Schedule 1?

There are several uses of a Management Clipboard in Schedule 1. Here’s a list of all the tasks you can do with it:

  • Allot beds to your employees. Every one of your employees needs a bed to function.
  • Assign tasks to your employees. You can assign them tasks based on employee type.
  • Setting up routes for supplies and delivery so that your business is automated.

There are four different types of employees that you can hire in Schedule 1. These are:

  • Cleaners – They clean up the premises and get rid of bagged trash.
  • Botanists – They can grow and dry seeds at Growing Stations and Drying Racks.
  • Handler– They handle packaging and moving goods around the hideout.
  • Chemists – They can make use of Chemistry Stations and Lab Ovens to cook recipes.

Once employed for a particular hideout, your employees will be found out front. Select your Management Clipboard, click on the employee, and assign a bed to them. The bed will now have a briefcase where you need to deposit their daily wages, or else they won’t work. Chemists are the most expensive, costing $300 a day.

The Handler is one of the most unique workers because you can set up to five different routes with them. For example, you can set up a route from the Loading Dock to a Storage Rack and from the Storage Rack to a particular Packaging Station. You can also load materials from Loading Docks to other supply Storage Racks. This means you can completely automate your entire supply and production process if you set up your routes correctly and order materials via the Delivery app on your phone.

Cleaners can clean a single hideout, Handlers can have up to five routes and three Packaging Stations, Botanists can manage up to eight Grow Tents and Drying Racks, and Chemists can handle up to three different Lab Ovens or Chemistry Stations at a time. Each hideout can only have a fixed number of employees, so pick and choose wisely.

Getting a single Botanist and Handler will let you automate production for up to eight Grow Tents. Use that to mass produce products and supply your dealers. After you learn the basics with the Management Clipboard, you can start employing more people at bigger hideouts to run complex large-scale operations.
