The long-awaited crossover between Helldivers 2 and Halo: ODST is on the horizon. To celebrate the game’s launch on Xbox, Arrowhead Game Studios revealed a themed surprise for anyone jumping in: a Helldivers 2 x Halo: ODST Legendary Warbond.

Helldivers 2 x Halo: ODST Legendary Warbond is dropping on Aug. 26, alongside the game’s release on Xbox consoles. The exact time is unknown, but judging by previous Warbond releases, you can expect to join ODST at around 4am CT / 5am ET / 10am BST / 7pm AEST.

The Halo crossover Warbond is the first Legendary Warbond in Helldivers 2, and it comes with a few changes compared to the regular Warbonds. First, the price is 1,500 Super Credits, which is 500 Super Credits more than usual. But with the higher prices come more rewards.

This Warbond features four weapons directly from the Halo series, alongside two ODST-inspired armor sets, capes, banners, and a pattern for every vehicle in the game. There are no Stratagems or Boosters in this one, so don’t worry about it too much from the meta perspective.

Unlike the previous crossover with Killzone (that introduced multiple new weapons, including the StA-52 assault rifle), Halo: ODST Warbond isn’t limited-time. Take your time farming Super Credits and then grinding Warbond Medals to unlock all the rewards.
