How to damage opponents in Landmarks in Fortnite Chapter 5, season 4

There are plenty of locations to choose from.

Completing weekly quests is a generally easy and efficient way to earn lots of XP in Fortnite. The quests are usually fairly easy once you fully understand what they’re asking, as is the case with the damage opponents in Landmarks task.

Dealing damage is fairly easy, but finding Landmarks can be rather tricky if you’re not familiar with them. Once you know where to look, you’ll get through this quest in no time, so here’s how to damage opponents in Landmarks in Fortnite.

To complete the damage opponents in Landmarks quest in Fortnite, you need to deal a total of 500 damage against enemies while you’re at a Landmark location. Since this quest calls for opponents, you can target both enemy players and map NPCs like Doom’s Henchmen.

The tricky part of this quest is finding the right location. Landmarks aren’t the main POIs marked by name on the map and are instead smaller areas scattered around the world. They’re tricky to find since you aren’t likely to seek them out and they’re generally decently tiny.

If you think you’re at a Landmark location but you aren’t sure, try exiting the area and re-entering to see if you get a small pop-up in the bottom left corner letting you know you’re at a Landmark. The names of all Landmarks appear right as you enter the area with the work Landmark right above them.

Once you find a Landmark around the map, locate an enemy to fight. NPCs are your best bet for this task if you want to ensure you’re able to finish it in one go since their aim is always terrible, but enemy players work too and are generally a lot easier to find.
