Dynamax and Max Battles have arrived in Pokémon Go, and with them, we have a bunch of new resources and items to wrap our heads around as we prepare to take on the challenges ahead.
Max Particles an important new resource. You can find them at Power Spots throughout the map in Pokemon Go, or get them from missions and other means. You can earn a varying number of Max Particles depending on how you interact with the game, but there’s a limit to how many you can get daily.
What is the daily Max Particle limit in Pokémon Go?
The daily limit for Max Particles is 800. Once you get 800 Max Particles per day, you can’t get any more. In the future, you’ll be able to buy Max Particles from the store.
You get 120 Max Particles per Power Spot you visit. Certain questlines like the To the Max Special Research tasks offer varying numbers of Max Particles. Collecting these adds to your limit, so it’s a wise idea to collect as many Power Spot Lax Particles as you can and then get the research tasks afterward, to increase the amount you can get that day, even if it’s by a little.
You can then use these Max Particles to take part in Dynamax raids when they are added from Sept. 10, 2024, level up your Max Moves, or unlock entirely new ones for your Dynamax Pokémon.
When is the daily reset for Max Particles in Pokémon Go?
The Max Particles daily reset happens at midnight local time in your area. Once midnight has come and gone, you can collect more Max Particles.
