Blizzard Entertainment has brought Overwatch 2 players a crossover the size of Azeroth. World of Warcraft characters are invading the hero shooter in a series of crossover skins.
With some of the biggest names in WoW lore represented, the crossover is looking strong and will undoubtedly sell well when they hit the OW2 store. There are four OW2 heroes and four WoW characters on display, across multiple roles within the game, so there should be a skin for everyone. Or you could grab them all if you’re feeling like treating yourself.
Here’s a sneak peek at all of the WoW collab skins in Overwatch during season 12.
All WoW Overwatch skins
There are four WoW skins for the OW2 collab in September 2024, but they’re all awesome. The skins will be available individually or as part of a mega bundle when they release on Sept. 17. From Northrend to Pandaria, or Firebase Gibraltar to King’s Row, here are all of the skins available as part of this collaboration that is only possible via Blizzard.
Reinhardt – Lich King
Reinhardt gets another amazing collab skin as Arthas, The Lich King, the master of the Scourge that he ruled from his Frozen Throne atop the Icecrown Citadel. His hammer is even an extended version of the famous weapon Frostmourne, which is just amazing. I’ll certainly be picking this one up to lose all of my one-vs-one Rein battles with, but at least I’ll look good doing it.
Widowmaker – Sylvanas Windrunner
The former Warchief of the Horde and supreme ruler of the Forsaken is one of the most important characters in WoW lore. She takes her place in OW2 as the villainous Widowmaker as an archer-turned-sniper with deadly accuracy.
Zenyatta – Thrall
The Shaman Thrall is a great fit for Zenyatta, who is a spiritual character in his own right. Wielding deadly balls of damage, Thrallyatta is ready to fight for the Horde.
Torbjörn – Diamond Magni
Torb gets a recolor of an existing skin. Torbjörn has a Magni skin already from an existing Blizzard WoW celebration and this one is the same thing, just with a diamond color and texture. Some players may hope his turrets are diamond, too.
