Where to find Iron Man in Fortnite Chapter 5, season 4

Are you trying to join his fan club?

There are lots of iconic Marvel characters hanging out around the island in Fortnite for Chapter Five, season four. One of the trickiest ones to find is Iron Man, and you need to know where he is if you’re hoping to complete all the available quests.

The island is pretty vast, which means it can be quite tough to track down all the NPCs wandering around it. You oftentimes won’t run into them naturally as they tend to be at lesser-known locations, so here’s where to find Iron Man in Fortnite.

You can find Iron Man walking around at The Other Windmill in Fortnite. This location is situated just north of Grim Gate, east of The Underworld, south of Rebel’s Roost, and west of Doomstadt.

The Other Windmill is a Landmark rather than a main POI packed with lots of loot, so there’s a decent chance you don’t visit here often, if ever. It also isn’t marked by name on the map, but the name of this location does display in the bottom left corner of your screen once you reach this area.

Iron Man can usually be found walking right in between the massive windmill at this location and the Stark Mobile Armory that’s situated near the west end of this area. He can wander around a bit, but he’ll always stay within the confines of this Landmark area.

If you’re having trouble pinpointing his exact location, check your mini-map in the upper left corner for a dialogue text box icon. All NPCs are marked by this icon when they’re within range of your map.

Knowing where to find Iron Man is crucial for a variety of important tasks. You may need to talk to Iron Man about his equipment or purchase Iron Man’s Combat Kit from him, so be sure to keep his location in mind for the rest of the season so you’re prepared to visit him again if needed.

Iron Man has three different items for sale. This includes an Epic Stark Industries Energy Rifle for 300 gold bars, Iron Man’s Combat Kit for 600 gold bars, and a Patch Up for 100 gold bars. He only sells one of each combat item, so you have to be the first player to claim them if you’re hoping to obtain them.

Once you’re done chatting with Iron Man, you may need to find some other NPCs around the island, like Shuri and War Machine. And if you’re not sure what to do next, some good quests to work on are damaging vehicles with the Unibeam while flying and surviving fire damage. You can also work on the secret Stark Fan Club found quests if you’re looking for some extra activities related to Iron Man.
