Since Stark Mobile Armories drop some of the best items you can get, they’re usually pretty competitive looting spots. Your odds of success are a lot better if you’re prepared for their arrival ahead of time, so here’s how to find Stark Mobile Armories in Fortnite.

Stark Mobile Armories locations in Fortnite

You can find Stark Mobile Armories in Fortnite by visiting landing pads around the map and waiting for one to appear. Although the landing pads are always present, the Stark Mobile Armories don’t land until a decent way into the match, which means you have to wait for one to appear.

If you’re hoping to claim loot from one, it’s best to hang around one of the landing pads and watch for the flashing falling pod icon that appears to let you know a Stark Mobile Armory is landing. You can also look for the Iron Man icon on the map that appears as one is flying in.

In the matches I played, I saw Stark Mobile Armories land when there were about 50 players left, but I also saw another one with around 70 players remaining. Based on my experience with them, there doesn’t seem to be a precise timeframe when they appear, so your best bet is to hang around one and wait for it to land or visit a few different pads to see if one has appeared.

Once you find a Stark Mobile Armory, head inside quickly to interact with the Iron Man Armor Stand. Only one player can interact with this item to grab loot, so you have to be quick if you want to claim some powerful items.

What do Stark Mobile Armories drop in Fortnite?

There are two types of Stark Mobile Armories in Fortnite, which means the loot they drop varies depending on which one you find. The two different kinds you may encounter are:

• Iron Man Stark Mobile Armories, which grant you some Iron Man items, including Iron Man’s Combat Kit and Iron Man’s Flight Kit.
• War Machine Stark Mobile Armories, which grant you some War Machine items, including War Machine’s Arsenal, War Machine’s Auto-turret, and War Machine’s Hover Jets.

With powerful gear at the ready, you can now work on tackling important quests. Some tasks worth working through are graffitiing the Central Statue in Doomstadt, surviving fire damage, and damaging opponents in Landmarks.
