• Capture Doom Island. This works much like the regular Floating Loot Island—you need to stay in the circle around the center area until you have fully captured it. Although this process looks the same, it’s a lot harder than the regular island since pretty much everyone wants to experience becoming Doom’s Chosen. Because of this, try to make sure you have strong loot and be ready to fight for your life multiple times while capturing the island.
• Be chosen by Doom. If you’re playing alone, you’re guaranteed to be Doom’s Chosen once you capture the area. But if you’re playing with friends, Doom randomly chooses one of you to become his champion.
• Interact with the cauldron to claim Doom’s powers. After claiming the island, Doom’s face appears right above the cauldron, and you can interact with it to claim your epic new powers.
