The first intrinsic is near the Caldera landing zone. Teleport to Caldera, walk down the stairs to Dean Rebecca, and then turn left and go around the main building until you reach the Mattermorph structures (blinking with green) on the ground. There’s also a closed flower next to it that you can shoot with Graviton Spike (there’s a secret with it and Mattermorph in the area).

Go through the Matterspark hole, and you’ll reach a room with a fan and another flower. Shoot it with Graviton Spike’s Arc mode to open it, then destroy the Stasis crystal with the weapon’s Stasis mode. Slide through the fan that’s now stopped and collect the intrinsic upgrade.

The second intrinsic is in the Curtilage Divide area, in the same area where one of the Strangelets is hidden on Fabled difficulty. Teleport to Curtilage Divid and follow the path through the Matterspark portal, then keep left (use the Relocator to bypass lasers) to reach the open area.

The open room has a Mattermorph spore in the top right, next to the glowing green platforms. Grab it, then run to the opposite side of the room, where you’ll see a small building with the same flower. Shoot the flower with Arc and Stasis modes, then use Mattemorph to open the hole in the building and get in for the intrinsic upgrade.

The last intrinsic is in the Assimilated Easement area. Teleport there and hug the right side until you go through the wall blocked by Mattermorph and reach the area with Vex and a Vex Hydra. In this room, go left through the Matterspark portal and right through the small door across the open room.

Through that door, there’s another flower at the top. Shoot the flower and go through the Matterspark hole to reach the final upgrade. After collecting all Intrinsics, remember to go to the Enclave in Savathûn’s Throne World and reshape Graviton Spike with the upgrades.
