A huge VALORANT update is on the way with Patch 11.08, all set to bring meta-bending developments to agents, significant maps reworks, rewarding weapon tweaks, and plenty more. When will VALORANT Patch 11.08 release?
VALORANT Patch 11.08 will go live on Oct. 15 (CT) after the ongoing Act Five ends and Riot completes a server maintenance event. It’ll mark the beginning of Act Six, the final competitive frame of Season V25.
That said, you may be prompted to download the patch a day earlier depending on your region. For the past few Acts, players were promoted to download updates a few hours before server maintenance kicked in— and Patch 11.08 is expected to follow the same pattern. Still, all of 11.08’s changes will (likely) apply to the tac shooter after Act Six officially goes live on Oct. 15.
Server maintenance for updates kicks in at different times (or dates) depending on the region. Here’s a rough estimate for when Act Six begins in VALORANT and Patch 11.08 goes live:
- North America, LATAM, Brazil: Oct. 15 between 8am to 12pm CT
- Korea, Asia-Pacific: Oct. 16. between 6am to 8am KST
- EMEA: Oct. 16 between 2am to 5am UTC

VALORANT Patch 11.08 size and space requirements
With it introducing a new Act and major changes, Patch 11.08 is expected to be a big VALORANT update. While Riot hasn’t officially announced its size, you can expect it to be around four to five GB.
Accordingly, we recommend you keep at least five GB of space free on your device for this update.
