Pokémon World Championships 2024 schedule: How to watch TCG, VGC, Unite, and Go

End of the road.

The final event of the Pokémon esports calendar is here, with the Pokémon World Championships 2024 taking place from Aug. 16 to 18. If you’re not attending the glamorous event in Honolulu, Hawaii, you can still watch all the action live.

There are plenty of streams available, so, depending on which of the four big games you’re interested in, there’s something for you. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the Pokémon World Championships 2024.

Where to watch Pokémon World Championships 2024

Pokémon VGC (Scarlet and Violet)

The VGC tournament is hosted on the main Pokémon Twitch channel, which features all three age divisions.

  • Commentators: Gabby Snyder, Joe Brown, Labhaoisa Akcos-Cromie, Lee Provost, Rosemary Kelley, Scott Glaza and Sierra Dawn.
  • Aug. 16: 2pm CT onwards
  • Aug. 17: 2pm CT onwards
  • Aug. 18: Finals begin at 7pm CT, following TCG

Pokémon TCG

Pokémon TCG is also hosted on Twitch for all age group divisions and is the longest tournament time zone.

  • Commentators: JChip Richey, Kyle Sabelhaus, Kyle Sucevich, Pablo Meza, Ross Gilbert, Shai Burton and Shelbie Bou.
  • Aug. 16: 2pm CT onwards
  • Aug. 17: 2pm CT onwards
  • Aug. 18: Finals begin at 3pm CT, following Go

Pokémon Go

Pokémon Go is hosted on its own Twitch channel but doesn’t have any age groups. Instead, trainers go head-to-head regardless of age.

  • Commentators: Amanda Lundberg, Caleb Peng, Jim Lawson, Sophia Mei, Steven Sanders & Will Dunphey.
  • Aug. 16: 2pm CT onwards
  • Aug. 17: 2pm CT onwards
  • Aug. 18: Finals begin at 2pm CT

Pokémon UNITE

Pokémon UNITE is the shortest tournament at Worlds due to a packed timetable. Again, you can find matches on the Unite Twitch channel, but the matches only take place over two days instead of the full three.

  • Commentators: Jake Sprague, Kirk Dube, Joshua Hiebery, Evan Hashimoto, Danelie Purdue and Kelly Wilson.
  • Aug. 16: 2pm CT onwards
  • Aug. 17: 2pm CT onwards, Finals from 11pm CT
