It’s time to choose who you want to represent your country on its Overwatch World Cup selection committee.
The second phase of the Overwatch World Cup process, following the selection of the top 32 regions in Overwatch, voting has players and fans choosing the representatives that will form each country’s Overwatch team. Blizzard has nominated 10 different Overwatch community figures, but votes will determine who gets the job.

Voters can choose up to three candidates on the Overwatch World Cup website. Each country has its own page, and you should be automatically redirected toward your region when visiting the site. To vote, you must be logged into your Blizzard account and own a copy of Overwatch.
Voting is ongoing for one week.
Last year, fans voted for each country’s Overwatch World Cup team, which sometimes led to rosters being filled with popular players, rather than the game’s best players. This new format is likely an attempt at adjusting that.
As the Overwatch World Cup process moves forward, Blizzard will announce a few more tournaments that will lead into the Overwatch World Cup finals at BlizzCon 2017 in November.
