Here’s everything we know about Rogue and her kit in Marvel Rivals ahead of her release on Dec. 12.

Rogue in Marvel Rivals: Class, abilities, and more

Rogue is officially joining the Marvel Rivals roster on Dec. 12 as a Vanguard Class hero. Her powerful melee abilities revolve around stealing other heroes’ abilities. During battle, Rogue can take down an enemy hero and absorb their abilities, gaining a buff based on the role.

She can also steal signature abilities, like Doctor Strange’s Shield of the Seraphim or Loki’s Regeneration Domain. After activating her ultimate, Rogue continuously drains ultimate charge from nearby enemies, giving further buffs based on their roles.

Rogue is also a part of the Explosive Entanglement Team-Up. It allows Gambit to channel kinetic energy into Rogue, and upon activating the ability, Rogue’s attacks deal AoE damage and heal nearby allies. At the moment, the Team-Up features Gambit and Magneto, where Gambit empowers Magneto’s Iron Volley, replacing it with Ace Greatsword, which detonates upon striking enemies and deals a second instance of damage after a delay.

Apart from her kit, expect to find out more about the upcoming cosmetics, too. One of the skins leaked early is the Savage Land skin, which is rumored to be available with Rogue’s launch. Expect more information and official blog posts from NetEase in the coming days, as we’re gearing up for the season 5.5 update.
