Marvel Rivals season 4.5 patch notes

Marvel Rivals’ mid-season 4.5 update is finally about to hit the live servers, bringing a new duelist, free skins, and more to wrap up the season. 

When does Marvel Rivals season 4.5 go live?

Marvel Rivals season 4.5 kicks off on Oct. 10 at 4am CT. Once the update begins, servers will be down for approximately two hours before you can jump back in and experience the new content. The update goes live simultaneously across all regions, so set a reminder to jump into the action from day one.

What’s in Marvel Rivals season 4.5 patch notes?

Hailing from Hell’s Kitchen, Daredevil joins Marvel Rivals’ expanding duelist roster with the upcoming 4.5 update. Alongside his debut, the developer is testing cross-progression between PC and console platforms, allowing you to access your accounts seamlessly across devices. 

The long-requested addition feature will first roll out to a select group of players before its full release in season five. Update 4.5 will also introduce new skins, limited-time events, and a mysterious new game mode that will be revealed at the Thailand Game Show on Oct. 17.

Daredevil joins the roster as the game’s latest duelist

Daredevil’s iconic radar sense makes every threat visible, and nothing escapes his perception. The latest duelist can identify priority targets, use his agility to close the distance, and strike with his Billy Clubs. When facing tougher opponents, Daredevil channels the power of The Beast, enhancing his martial prowess for even deadlier blows. He instils fear in any enemy who dares to face his relentless sense of justice, making him one of the lethal divers in the game. 

New Teamups 

The update removes Ragnarok Rebirth (Hela-Thor) Team-Up and takes Namor out of Gamma Charge (Hulk-Black Panther). Two new team-up abilities have been added, which are Bestial Hunt (Daredevil-Punisher) and Deep Wrath (Hela-Namor).

Jade Scrolls of K’un-Lun event

The Jade Scrolls of K’un-Lun event brings a mini pass to the game, which brings multiple skins for heroes, such as Storm, Spider-Man, and Psylocke. You will have to play regular matches and complete missions to level up the pass and get the free Judicator XieZhi costume for Storm. You can obtain cosmetics like Black & Gold Spider-Man, the final legendary Fleeting Butterfly skin for Psylocke, and other rewards by purchasing the pass with lattice. 

New cosmetics in store

Like every update, season 4.5 brings multiple skins, such as the Daredevil: Devil 2099 Bundle and emojis, and the Hulk: Maestro Bundle and Daredevil: Fearless Origin. You can also earn a free Daredevil: Shenloong’s Creed skin if you manage to hit the gold rank in the competitive ladder.
