How to save in PEAK

Saving your progress could be a huge help in PEAK.

PEAK has taken Steam by storm, and spending hours with your friends trying to scale a virtual mountain is a thrill ride. In this scenario, most of us might want to save our progress with a specific lobby to continue later.

However, whether the game allows you to save your progress is a different question. Don’t worry—we have the answer to that, as well as how long it might take for you to reach the summit and escape from the island in PEAK.

Here’s everything you need to know about saving your progress and completing PEAK.

Unfortunately, PEAK does not have a save feature that lets you continue your in-game progress from where you left off. Although the developers have said not to “expect a huge content update right away,” they have also confirmed that they are “looking into possible updates.”

The save feature could be a part of these possible updates the developers are working on. However, there is no confirmation at this time as to when or if this feature will be a part of future updates. Until then, the best thing you can do is finish the entire game in one go and then spend subsequent runs exploring the island more extensively.

How to complete PEAK

The only way to complete PEAK is to reach the top of the hill on the mysterious island you find yourself trapped on when the game begins. But this entire process can take up quite a bit of time, especially if you want to explore every bit of the island. If you do a casual speed run, you can reach the top well within two to three hours.

Nevertheless, if you’re looking to explore all the mechanics and bits the game offers, it could take you much longer. Given that you cannot save your progress in the game, make sure to free up your schedule before you sit down with your friends to go on an exploration climb in PEAK.
