How to get Gravlite Panels and Gravcores in RimWorld Odyssey

Crucial materials to upgrade your Gravship.

While you can obtain natural resources in RimWorld Odyssey by assigning tasks to your crewmates, some materials are more challenging to find and critical to upgrading your Gravship. Two of these materials are Gravlite Panels and the Gravcores, and if you’re running short of them in your journey, we’ve got you covered.

You can get the Gravlite Panels in RimWorld Odyssey by completing the quests. You can also get them from the adventure sites, but it can be dangerous.

Once you have some of them in your storage, you can use Gravlite Panels for various purposes. The most fundamental way of using them is by turning them into the Gravship substructure, which makes the floor of your spaceship and allows you to expand your ship for more crewmates and storage. Each Gravship substructure takes four steel and one Gravlite panel, and you can use it to increase the flooring on your ship.

Eventually, you’ll run out of the Gravlite panels and won’t have enough space to expand. That’s when you can power through some requisites to advance your research and spend 2,000 points on the Advanced Gravtech to unlock the recipe for the Gravlite Panel and make them right in your spaceship without breaking a sweat. Once you’ve got the recipe, you just need to spend one plasteel and five vacstone blocks to make them at your fabrication bench.

You can only obtain Gravcores in RimWorld Odyssey from quests with blue stones and a white inscription on them. If you hover over them, it’ll tell you that the quest will give you a Gravcore as a reward upon completion.

Unlike the Gravlite Panels, you cannot manufacture the Gravcores in your mobile base, but they are integral to making your Gravship bigger and better. Key structures like the Gravcore power cell, which supplies a solid 1200W of electricity to keep the electronics running and the oxygen and heat inside, require a Gravcore. You can also use the material to make a Signal Jammer, which allows you to land at heavily defended landing sites without being detected, to catch the enemy by surprise.

As you expand your spaceship, you’ll need to build the Grav Field Extender, which allows you to place more substructure. You can add up to six of them on your ship to make it big, filled with defences and all kinds of weapons. The key component to making them is Gravcore, so you’ll need to earn many of them through quests to make a ship of your dreams.
