The Golden Piano room is hidden near the studies. Go to the Study Room and take the top left door near the boss room. You’ll see a ladder made of bookshelves. Climb the bookshelf on the right side and keep going up till you reach the Golden Piano with the plaque. Interacting with the piano brings up keys to play notes.

You can also reach the Golden Piano room via the Fireplace room. Go upstairs from the fireplace, take the door on the left, and then climb the bookshelf on the right to reach the piano.

Note that making too much progress in the story will result in the Golden Piano being replaced by Wicabel. This happens when you open the Golden Door.

How to find Golden Piano Notes

You can find a hint about the three Golden Piano Note locations right next to the Golden Piano. Inspect it and it tells you that ‘Melodies three, there be. Two in the southern towers. One where gold strikes water.”

  • Behind the Donation Waterfall

The Golden Waterfall refers to the Donation Waterfall. The note is hidden right behind the waterfall, but it’s hidden quite well, so you need to pay attention to spot it.

  • Near Gerson Boom’s Area

As you go through the story, you’ll meet Gerson Boom. The first note of the southern towers is hidden near him.

  • The Jockington Beard Room

The final note is in the room, where a message reads, “Jockington grows the beard.” It’s hidden in the top left side of the room.

Reading all three music notes will give you a sequence of inputs made up of up, down, left, right and dot.
