All new Survivors in Risk of Rain 2: Seekers of the Storm

Risk of Rain 2: Seekers of the Storm is out, and with it came a few new Survivors for players to enjoy. One was previously a part of every mod pack under the sun and is a popular pick from the first game.

Here are all the new Survivors in Seekers of the Storm expansion for Risk of Rain 2.

Survivors added in Risk of Rain 2: Seekers of the Storm

Risk of Rain 2 added three Survivors to the Seekers of the Storm package. One is unlocked immediately upon purchase, while two need a few extra steps to be unlocked. They are as follows:

Seeker

Seeker is the only Survivor given to you by default, meaning there are no special procedures for unlocking her. She has a ton of ranged abilities that both do damage and provide the Seeker and her team with lots of sustain that can be crucial in tight situations. Her kit also has a couple of stunning abilities that are great for larger groups of enemies and escape.

Chef

Ah, the Chef. Perhaps the most modded character in Risky 2, he’s an icon of the franchise and featured prominently in the first title. It took a while for Hopoo to add him as an official playable character, but he didn’t miss out on much, as he featured in just about any mod pack out there. He’s the first secret character of the DLC and can be unlocked by entering a portal opened through Halcyon Shrines on the first cycle of each DLC run and doing the “Order Up” achievement. He’s ranged and can do a ton of damage to grouped enemies.

False Son

The top-secret character of the DLC, the False Son, is the final unlockable character in the Seekers of the Storm expansion. He’s a close-range fighter with low mobility but tons of damage.
