How to find the kid and open the freezer in FNAF: Into The Pit

Some kids ran into trouble while visiting Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria in Five Night at Freddy’s: Into The Pit. You have to rescue many of them as you look through the pizzeria to find your Dad, and one kid goes missing as you get into the security room.

You need to explore the haunted pizzeria, avoiding dangerous animatronics to save these kids. It puts your life in danger, but if you want to save your Dad, it all comes down to saving as many of these children as possible along the way. Here’s what you need to know about finding the missing kid and getting him out of the freezer in FNAF: Into The Pit.

Where to find the kid and unlock the freezer in Into The Pit

Shortly after you check the cameras and distract the creatures in Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria, the kid in the security room is gone. It won’t tell you where he went, and you’ll have to explore the dangerous pizzeria to find him. Thankfully, given you had to check the cameras before you could progress forward, it showed you an animatronic leading the kid away from the Party Hallway into the Kitchen. You can follow this same pathway from the Security office to the Kitchen to track them down.

When you arrive at the Kitchen, the kid is locked away in the freezer. Unfortunately, the screwdriver won’t be a viable item to use here. You need to find a new one, and it’s not one you have to travel through the Ball Pit to find. Instead, it’s in the Arcade. Make your way over to the northwest side of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria and head to the arcade machine with the hammer attached. You can interact with the hammer to take it off the game and bring it with you. It’s ideal for smashing things, and perfect for breaking open the freezer.

You must return to the freezer and smash it with the hammer. After that, you’ll have rescued the kid, and you can focus on trying to save your Dad. Unfortunately, one of the animatronics finds you at this point, chasing out of the Pizzeria.
