The first DLC character for Dragon Ball FighterZ’s second season has been revealed—and it’s none other than Universe 11’s Jiren.

The character first appeared in Dragon Ball Super’s Tournament of Power ark as one of the main antagonists to the Z Fighters. Hailing from Universe 11, Jiren is part of the Pride Troopers that protect their universe and he’s the strongest fighter in the Tournament of Power.

The character was expected to be officially revealed during the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour finals held from Jan. 26 to 27. But now, he’s been leaked in the latest edition of Japanese magazine Shonen Jump.

Jiren’s release date, price, or any information on other potential fighters joining the game hasn’t been revealed yet. But if Jiren follows in the footsteps of season one’s DLC, we could get seven more characters throughout 2019.

To see what type of character Jiren will play as, be sure to tune into the
Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour finals next week for a potential gameplay trailer.
