Tips for completing BO7 Dark Ops challenges

Some tips and tricks to help you. Image via Activision

Before jumping into Dark Ops tasks in BO7, play a few games to warm up and get a read on the lobby. You’ll play way better once you’re locked in. Multiplayer streaks also feel much more manageable during off-peak hours when lobbies aren’t as sweaty. And if possible, queue with a couple of teammates, especially for no-down runs in Zombies.

Most Dark Ops attempts fail because players play too aggressively, so avoid challenging fights you don’t actually need. Backing off, rotating, or just waiting a moment can save your streak more often than you’d think. The same goes for Zombies, where you need to stay patient and keep the flow of the horde under control.

Your loadout matters just as much. Use weapons you’re confident with, perks that keep you hidden or informed like Ghost and Vigilant, and field upgrades and equipment that boost your survivability and killing power such as Active Camo. With some consistency, every Dark Ops challenge is definitely doable.
