Many players who pre-ordered the latest Call of Duty title and preloaded it have noticed this addition, leaving fans wondering what it is. So, what exactly is Black Ops 7 Worlds Collide?

In this article, we break down everything you need to know about Worlds Collide, its connection to the BO7 Co-Op Campaign, and how it ties into the game’s ambitious new Endgame mode.

On certain platforms, such as the Xbox app on PC, “Worlds Collide” is listed as the official title for Black Ops 7’s Co-op Campaign. However, since this information comes from the preload version, the name could still change once the game officially launches on Nov. 14.

In recent CoD titles, players had the option to skip downloading the campaign altogether. This time, though, you might find it hard to ignore the mode in Black Ops 7 as it is huge part of the experience, introducing a fully co-op campaign where up to four players can squad up and complete missions together. After finishing the first 11 campaign missions, players will unlock Endgame, which is a massive, replayable mode that continues the narrative and challenges players beyond the main storyline.

Endgame is an open-ended PvE co-op mode that drops players into Avalon, a massive war-torn city filled with hazards, enemy factions, and mysterious exposure zones leaking deadly toxins. The mission here is to continue JSOC’s investigation of The Guild’s remaining strongholds and ultimately survive the chaos.

Designed for up to 32 players split into squads of four, Black Ops 7 Endgame emphasizes replayability and large-scale cooperation. Players will fight through increasingly difficult exposure zones while leveling up unique skill tracks and combat ratings, completing dynamic objectives that change each session, and exfiltrating the map to secure progress and rewards.

Every operation offers new challenges and opportunities to earn experience, weapons, and cosmetics. All Endgame activities contribute to your global progression, including weapon XP, camo unlocks, and battle pass levels.

When a match begins, squads drop into Avalon using wingsuits for flexible navigation. Players can explore on foot or in vehicles, completing various objectives and taking down enemies spread across the sprawling city.

You can fully customize your loadout before deployment, including weapons, gear, and abilities, to prepare for whatever the mission throws at you. The deeper you push into Avalon’s most contaminated zones, the harder the enemies and environmental threats become.

Each mission run allows you to build up your combat rating, a progression system that unlocks new skills and power boosts. Every level-up presents a choice between two skill tracks, letting you enhance your playstyle as you climb toward the max rank of 60.

Before time runs out, squads must locate a VTOL exfil point, clear it of enemies, and successfully extract. Completing an exfil lets you keep your loadout and combat rating, preserving your hard-earned gains for your next Endgame run.

Prior to diving into Avalon, make sure to check out the Black Ops 7 system requirements, including the minimum, recommended, and competitive specs, to know if your PC is ready to handle the intense action in the newest Call of Duty game.
