Best meta decks in Wuthering Waves Peaks of Prestige TCG

We’re going to go over four of the best meta decks in Wuthering Waves Peaks of Prestige TCG, their decklists, and how to play them.

Thundering Mephis overkill deck

If you want to push the game to its limits, there’s nothing more ridiculous than stacking 60+ energy and converting it all into attack using Zani’s passive after infinite draws and hitting the round modulation limit. It’s simpler than it sounds. It’s similar to the previous deck but opts for Thunder instead of Aero.

Duelist: Zani

Deck List:

  • Thundering Mephis
  • Diggy Duggy x2
  • Vanguard Junkrock x2
  • Fission Junkrock x2
  • Sabyr Boar x2
  • Diamondclaw x2
  • Dwarf Cassowary x2
  • Fusion Warrior x2
  • Fusion Dreadmane x2
  • Cuddle Wuddle x2
  • Vitreum Dancer x2

How to play:

Your Glacio Drake and other Draw cards are the modulation fuel, and if you have Draw without Glacio Drake, modulate it and save for Vitreum Dancer draws to keep the engine running. Focus on cycling through your deck with the draw engine while building toward the Thundering Mephis + double 3-cost Cuddle Wuddle setup. Once you have it set up, aim for the maximum en,ergy you can get and Zani will convert it all into attack for your Mephis and Cuddle Wuddles before the battle phase.

Carapace and Beringal stall deck

This Glacio and Aero deck excels in losing while dealing retaliatory damage and keeping you topped up till you’re strong enough to beat the opponent immediately by round four. It’s a bit slower than the decks above, but it’s very easy to use and provides consistent results even against the toughest AI matchups.

Duelist: Cantarella

Deck List:

  • Feilian Beringal
  • Hoartoise x2
  • Aero Predator x2
  • Vanguard Junkrock x2
  • Sabyr Boar x2
  • Diamondclaw x2
  • Dwarf Cassowary x2
  • Diggy Duggy x2
  • Lumiscale Construct x2
  • Cyan-Feathered Heron x2
  • Carapace x2

How to play:

The goal here is to summon the Carapace during the first or second round at the latest. Paired with Cantarella’s passive, any damage you take on the loss is reflected back to your opponent instead. Place only one or two Carapace for the first two rounds, and then the Hoartoise from round two onwards as well. If you can’t hit the Carapace early, shuffle your cards or retry. After three losses, you can summon Feilian Beringal and win the game. Only use the Heron for heals and the Lumiscale Construct once you have two Carapace set up.

The Carapace damage has a high priority, so even if you draw, you’ll mostly always get the win.

Fallacy Exodia deck

Last but not least, a very popular favorite is the Fallacy Exodia deck, where the goal is to buff the Fallacy of No Return as much as possible.

Duelist: Xiangli Yao

Deck List:

  • Fallacy of No Return
  • Chop Chop: Leftless x2
  • Nimus Wraith x2
  • Lottie Lost x2
  • Havoc Warrior x2
  • Vanguard Junkrock x2
  • Fission Junkrock x2
  • Sabyr Boar x2
  • Diamondclaw x2
  • Dwarf Cassowary x2
  • Diurnus Knight x2

How to play:

Your first priority is to draw and roll for Havoc Warrior to bypass the modulation limits. You then want to stack three Nimbus Wraiths and one Lottie Lost onto it to get three energy and one draw whenever you transform a card. The goal is to then put down your Fallacy of No Return and set up an infinite loop where you can infinitely draw and transform your Diurnus Knights as they’re not consumed on transform. Transform to get rid of unnecessary cards until you only have draw cards and Diurnus Knight in your deck. Use your draw cards on the secondary card on the field, and then Transform the Diurnus Knights every time until you stack enough stats to outright win the game.

No core one-turn clear deck

If you’re in a rush and speed’s the name of the game, there’s nothing faster than this no-core deck that abuses the draw and energy mechanics to make sure you win on turn one each round. This is the fastest way to clear the event if you’re in a rush.

Duelist: Xiangli Yao

Deck List:

  • Feilian Beringal (Not needed)
  • Aero Predator x2
  • Aero Drake x2
  • Vanguard Junkrock x2
  • Fission Junkrock x2
  • Sabyr Boar x2
  • Diamondclaw x2
  • Diggy Duggy x2
  • Havoc Warrior x2
  • Whiff Whaff x2
  • Nocturnus Knight x2

How to play:

Summon Havoc Warrior first to break the Modulation Limit. Use all the draw and energy generation effects at your disposal while prioritizing transformations and then modulations. When your Echo is stacked enough to beat the enemy, discard your cards to generate energy and leave the Echo alongside the Whiff Whaff, which gives buffs based on the stack number. This will almost always end the game in one turn.
