The Streamer Awards 2025 is set to be the biggest celebration of online creators yet, marking the event’s largest edition since its debut in 2021.

Slated on Dec. 6, this year’s ceremony features an impressive 35 categories—the most in the annual awards show’s history—honoring the best personalities, organizations, and moments that have defined the streaming world over the past year. From gaming icons and variety entertainers to breakout stars and esports pros, the upcoming 2025 lineup of nominees will surely reflect the diversity and impact of livestreaming culture.

Nominations for The Streamer Awards 2025 are now open and will run until Nov. 8, 2025 (Nov. 9, GMT+8).

To qualify for any category, nominees must have streamed a minimum of 200 hours over the past year. For specific categories, such as MOBA, Strategy Game, or MMORPG, streamers are also required to have broadcast at least 100 hours of content relevant to that particular category during the same period.

Fans can submit their nominations through the official The Streamer Awards website. These submissions will help determine the final list of nominees for each category. You’re free to skip any categories you don’t wish to fill out, and you can return later to edit or update your entries. Only nominations that are relevant and meet the eligibility criteria will be counted.

The Streamer Awards 2025 will stream live on Dec. 6, 2025 at 5pm CT (Dec. 7, 7am GMT+8) on Twitch, featuring red carpet interviews, live performances, premieres, and the main awards ceremony. Founded by streamer and content creator QTCinderella, the annual event honors the top talents and moments that shape the streaming space and online entertainment as a whole.
