The digital launch of Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty (NEO) via MTG Arena and Magic Online has arrived, showcasing what the plane of Kamigawa looks like 1,200 years after the original block. To celebrate the release, WotC dropped an extended trailer for the new set today and plans to release a new cinematic and song for NEO with the global launch on Feb. 18.

Both Artifacts and Enchantments are featured in the set, highlighting modernity and tradition. The popular MTG mechanic Nijutsu returns to Standard, along with new mechanics like Reconfigure, Modification, and Dual-Faced sagas. A total of four planeswalkers are in the NEO set along with the return of shrines. And a new cycle of legendary spirit dragons has been reborn, providing powerful creatures across multiple Magic formats.

The NEO set also showcases a promising Limited format, containing a total of 10 official archetypes and at least a handful of builds that can stray from the preset build themes that have potential with both Draft and Sealed.

Prerelease via tabletop kicks off tomorrow for NEO Limited. The global launch is scheduled to take place on Feb. 18.
