In line with the ENA series, this adaptation perfectly captures the quirky and bizarre through its cartoon character models and fantastic voice acting. Outside of the level design, you’d think ENA was originally intended to be a video game, rather than an online series.

Looking at the appearance and level design of ENA: Dream BBQ alone reminds me of classic PS1 games like Bugs Bunny: Lost in Time. Its simplistic, borderline basic world immediately transports you into a strange dreamlike setting that appears flat on the surface. But Dream BBQ‘s characters quickly breathe life into this strange land, providing both a surreal and memorable experience.
