Map updates and fixes
The popular community maps, Ancient and Shoots, have undergone multiple grenade and player clipping fixes.
Meanwhile, Grail, Agency, and Dogtown have all been updated to their latest versions from the workshop, enhancing vibrance and balance.

User interface updates
The update has fine-tuned the user interface with minor fixes to the overall loadout layout. You can particularly notice it on certain screen resolutions, which enhances accessibility and ease of customization.
Trade-protected and rental items have been enhanced by allowing an “Unfavorite for CT” action to add greater control over item management and preferences in competitive play.
Gameplay and sound fixes
In the Sept. 3 CS2 update, some crucial bugs related to the audio system have been fixed. Issues such as the elimination of sound visualization glitches on the minimap that affected player awareness have now been resolved.
The devs also addressed a crash triggered when players switch sound devices. Underwater sound rendering has been improved to prevent audio playback errors as players move through water environments on maps such as Overpass.
Furthermore, the motion of viewmodels during view angle changes has been polished to behave more smoothly across varying frame rates.
