How to claim Server Slam rewards in ARC Raiders

On the ARC Raiders Discord server, Embark confirmed that the backpack will be available on Friday, Oct. 31, rather than on the release day as initially planned. This is likely due to a packed launch and several issues across different platforms. We’ll update this article if any new information appears.

To get the Server Slammer backpack, you should’ve played the game during the Server Slam playtest between Oct. 17 and 19. If you did that and confirmed your Embark ID, the reward should appear on your account as soon as possible.

In the meantime, explore the Rust Belt, including the new Blue Gate map, and slowly progress your gear. If the backpack is still not on your account on Friday, and there are no updates on the official channels, be patient. Embark is likely working on getting you your rewards, but you could try reaching out to customer support.
