How to deliver a Field Crate in ARC Raiders

Another delivery.

There are multiple ways to get loot when exploring the Rust Belt in ARC Raiders, from killing other players to breaching ARC Probes and scavenging every shelf. If you’re low on ammo and want some strategic supplies, you can find and deliver a Field Crate.

Field Crates are silver boxes that lie on the ground and look a little bit like a big battery. The only thing you can do with a Field Crate is pick it up and deliver it to a nearby Field Depot—a small structure with a blue tarp and an antenna. Field Crates always spawn near one of the Field Depots, so you should be able to get this done very quickly.

Inside the Field Depot, there’s a machine that highlights a place for the Field Crate when you carry it. Deliver the Field Crate and wait for a bit until the loot arrives in the compartment on the right. Interact with the compartment to collect items that are mainly combat supplies, like ammunition, bandages, grenades, and sometimes weapons (I got an Uncommon sidearm once).

When you carry the Field Crate, you do it with two hands and can’t do anything else except for sprinting. You’re also much slower when carrying the Crate. This means you should be very careful of player ambushes, especially when playing solo.

At the same time, if you’re in a squad, you can cover each other, or split up to find more Field Crates, as there are often more than one per Field Depot.
