The Overwatch World Cup 2018 will come to an end this weekend at BlizzCon 2018. Eight national teams have earned their spot in this final event after the qualifiers at Incheon, Los Angeles, Bangkok, and Paris.
The national teams from the United States, Canada, South Korea, United Kingdom, Australia, Finland, France, and China will fight for the title of the Overwatch World Cup on Nov. 2 and 3. All matches will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California during BlizzCon.
Teams will fight each other in a single elimination bracket with best-of-five matches. Only the grand finals will be best-of-seven. The map types of each series will follow this order: Control, Hybrid, Assault, Escort, and Control as the tiebraker.
Fans can watch the Overwatch World Cup 2018 starting Nov 2. At 02:15pm CT for free on Twitch, YouTube, or at the official BlizzCon website. Players with an Overwatch license on their Blizzard Battle.net accounts can use the new in-game Overwatch World Cup Viewer to have a privileged viewer experience.
