Why Hunter Blinds are not showing up in Spider-Man 2

Is it a glitch? Is there a fix?

Hunter Blinds are collectible side missions in Spider-Man 2 that unlock after you complete the Bad Guys On The Block Main Story mission. There are 11 Hunter Blinds altogether, but some players are reporting that they’re not all showing up.

In each district with a Hunter presence, there are a few Hunter Blinds to find and clear out. Once you’ve found and cleared all of the Hunter Blinds in a district, the Hunter Base of that District will show up on your map and HUD, and you’ll be able to go there and rid that district of Hunters once and for all.

But you can only clear all the Hunter Bases if all the Hunter Blinds show up. So, why aren’t they? Is it a glitch? Or is there some way to make them show up? Read on to find out.

How to make Hunter Blinds show up in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2

To make Hunter Blinds show up, simply progress further through the main story.

While some collectibles in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 show up all at once (Marko’s Memories, for example), others unlock in a staggered way. If you’ve collected the EMF Experiments, to give another example, then you might have noticed that you need to complete a bunch of them before the rest appear, and that you have to finish the story to get the last one.

Well, Hunter Blinds work more like EMF Experiments in that they’re story-locked. You don’t have to complete the whole story for them to show up, but they are drip-fed to you as the main story progresses.

So, sometimes when you finish a main story mission, you’ll receive an alert that more Hunter Blinds are available. And that’s about it! Keep plugging away at the main story and you’ll be able to access more Hunter Blinds.
