International Elo Ratings

Lots of changes to the rankings from last week. Fnatic surges to 3rd place, IG continue their rise and KOO their collapse, ahq expands the gap between themselves and Yoe, and TDK doesn’t move because even I’m not cruel enough to include TDK’s three-sub games.

Explanation of the methodology here. I’ll post a full list, including all wildcard region teams, this afternoon.
