Echo Fox, Tempo Storm, and Panda Global will each be sponsoring multiple players in the Shadowverse Open in both the Pan-American (North and South America) and European regions.

Open qualifiers kicked off on July 14 and will run until Aug. 19. The top players will then advance to the regional finals from Sept. 15 to 23 where a $16,000 prize pool is on the line.

The goal will be to sign players with the skills needed to secure a spot at the Contenders Cup and, ultimately, a place at the World Grand Prix in Tokyo where the $1 million prize pool will be up for grabs.

Shadowverse esports is community-focused first, and will continue to have deep organic roots in its competitive space, but partnering with these teams raises the level of competition,” Jason Woo, NGE’s chief strategy officer, said in the press release. “Echo Fox, Panda Global and Tempo Storm each bring unique qualities to Shadowverse esports and the players chosen to represent each team will be supported like never before.”

As part of the announcement, Echo Fox, Tempo Storm, and Panda Global will help their players to develop influential creative content, create an active social media presence for the Shadowverse scene, and create new video content for fans.
