Fortnite always likes to mix things up with strange wording in some quests, which is certainly the case for Part Four of the story in Chapter Five, season four. We’re here to help with a breakdown of exactly what is required.

The wording of the challenge makes it seem much more complicated than it is. All you need to do is speak to the three characters marked on the map. To simplify things, we’ve listed who they are and where to find them below.

  • Peabody: Pea Bois HQ, northwest of Redline Rig.
  • Brite Raider: East of Brutal Beachhead, west of Redline Rig.
  • Rust: Northwest of Sandy Steppes, southwest of The Raft.

Interact with each of the NPCs, and a dialogue box will open. Just click proceed until the conversation is complete. It won’t take long, and though you may want to read what’s being said to absorb the story, I advise spamming the advance button—otherwise, you risk being attacked by other players.

You don’t have to speak to the NPCs; you can eliminate Followers instead. These are NPCs that have been hired by other players, like Artemis, but this process will take longer due to the low amount of players that utilize Followers and may be more frustrating due to a higher risk of being eliminated by another player.
